System operation
in 5 simple steps
1. You create an order
In the production module, you create a production order or you upload a .xls file to the system using your computer. Optional: You can automatically generate a production guide
2. You schedule operations
You plan the execution of the created orders in the calendar available in the production module. Scheduled operations are displayed to operators on reporting consoles in the production floor.
3. Operator selects an order
On an IPC computer with a touch screen, operator selects an order to be completed from the list with schedule for a given day. Selecting START button starts recording the working time of the operator, machine and executed operation.
4. Operator reports the status of the order
During a shift, operator reports: breaks, downtimes, waste and completion of the order. Optional: the system can collect data from the PLC of machines and/or meters, e.g. energy consumption.
5. You analyse reports
The data recorded by the system is visualized in the form of ready-made, automatically generated graphic reports. Real-time reports can be presented also on a smart TV in the production floor.
